For those who have clients or colleagues in other time zones, scheduling a meeting can be a confusing process. Even if it’s easy to add or subtract an hour, it can get mixed up.

I’ll start with my availability:
Monday: 9-11, 2-3
Tuesday: 9-12
Wednesday: 12-4
Thursday: 2-4:30
Friday: 9-11:30, after 1
